Each summer kids entering 3rd-6th grade have an unforgettable week up at Forest Home Camp. Save the date now, you are going to want to plan your summer around this! Camp Reduced Price is $415 (Faith has covered $100 of each registration to make camp more attainable for all, additional scholarships available).

We would love for middle school and high schoolers to join Faith Youth for our annual Camp Debrief Night. Camp is always a powerful experience and we would love for our entire youth group to be encouraged by sharing testimonies with one another. All youth are welcome whether you went to camp or not.

Faith Youth is heading to the San Diego Zoo in Balboa Park! We will visit habitats, catch the zoo's show, and eat some ice cream. Faith Youth's discounted cost for the day pass is $30 (If your teen has a zoo pass, they do not need to pay the cost). Let's paint a beautiful creation and learn some new skills during Faith Youth’s Step by Step Art Night. Pastor Brittany will be guiding youth in creating a surprise piece of artwork. We will also have snacks, a raffle, and more!
We would love for you to join us for a day trip to Mexico to partner with local Foursquare missionaries, Don and Sandy Godwin and Hope Chapel, Rosarito to provide backpacks filled with supplies to the children of the church they planted in the village, Vista Marina. We will also be able to put on a church service for the community. The plan is to leave the church at 8 a.m. and return at 7 p.m. We will be having dinner at Jeremiah’s favorite taco shop in the world before coming home.

Made for This Sports + Art Camp where kids discover passion and purpose in arts and sports as they hear about the God who made them! Each night kids will enjoy a light dinner, learn a sport, and try out a new art skill. This exciting 3-day camp will be followed up with a bonus family night on Thursday, with games, food, and parent v kids scrimmages. This camp is designed for kids entering K-6th grade. This gathering is an opportunity to look back on this past year, thank God for his faithfulness, and celebrate all he has done in and through our local church. Our council will present the church’s finances to the congregation and we will hold a congregational vote to elect new members to our church council. The two nominees for council are Ken Crocker and Annette Killinger.

Each year, San Diego Refugee Tutoring hosts a “Bike Day” for students and their families. We grill out, connect with families, and play with kids as many of them learn to ride bikes for the first time! SDRT and Hope For San Diego need your help to prepare and serve lunch. Did you know that Jewish Family Services runs a Safe Parking Program here in the church’s neighborhood? Every night, they provide safety, security, and support for unsheltered San Diegans living out of their vehicles, many of whom are experiencing homelessness for the first time.
We have a hands-on opportunity to make a tangible difference by providing, and serving, a warm meal to the guests at the Mission Village Drive location. Email Pastor Lorissa if you are interested in joining the serving team.

Our friends at World Relief have reached out with an urgent need for diapers and wipes for the Haitian community they serve in San Diego. While all-sized diapers are welcome, larger sizes are much needed. Bring your donations to church on Sundays now through Mother’s Day. Faith Youth will be having our first-ever Laser Tag Tournament! Competitors will be participating in three unique laser tag battles (Capture the Flag, Fortnite Battle Royale, and Board the Ship) for a chance to win the title of Laser Tag Champion! We would love for you to come show your skills! Food and drinks will be provided.

Hop into spring with our annual Serra Mesa Community Easter Egg Hunt! Join us for an egg-citing day filled with fun, games, and of course, 8,000 eggs. This is a free event open to the whole community, so bring your family, friends, and neighbors for a day of egg-hunting fun.
In addition to the egg hunt, we will have a range of activities for children of all ages. We will have bounce houses, an inflatable obstacle course, a train, and fun games for the young and young at heart. There will also be a free picnic lunch.
The hunt starts promptly at 11am - don’t miss it!
